Brigette’s Technology Consulting and Research Firm (hereinafter referred to as the "Firm" or "Contractor"), owned and operated by Dr. Brenda L. Nelson-Porter, agrees to contract the Firm's Editorial Consulting services to (hereinafter referred to as the "Contractee").

Contractor agrees to perform one (1) of the following services selected by the Contractee:

• Professors - Workshop: Teach A Specific Editorial Style and the Requirement and Format of the Following:
      Masters Thesis Proposal and Thesis or Doctoral Proposal and Dissertation
   

• Students One-on-One: Assist on a First Come Serve Bases with the Composition and Editing of the Following:
      Masters Thesis Proposal and Thesis or Doctoral Proposal or Dissertation
   

• Students - Classroom or Workshop: Teach a Specific Editorial Style:  and the Requirement and on the
       Format of the Following:
      Masters Thesis Proposal and Thesis or Doctoral Proposal and Dissertation
   

• Students - Classroom or Workshop: Present What is and the Purpose of a Thesis or Dissertation

Contractee agrees to the following terms and to perform the following services:

• Ensure All Technologies, such as Internet Connections, are Accessible at the Designated Location

• For Future Services within the Contract Period and at the Same Cost, Submit Supplemental Form with Payment

• Pay Contractor in Full at the End of Each On-Site Visit Payable to Dr. Brenda Nelson-Porter

• Will Not Hold the Contractor of any Liabilities of any Virus or Computer Failures or Misconducts of Staff or Clients, and so forth

• Grant Staff and Students Permission to Voluntarily Answer Online Research Questionnaires Listed on the Contractor's Home Page: www.brigettes.com

Both parties have agreed upon Two Thousand U.S. Dollars ($2,000.00) as payment for service per hour and a minimum of two (2) hours per on-site visit per day with a maximum of three (3) consecutive days per site visit. Both parties have also agreed that the Contractee will pay the cost of all travel, hotel, and lunch expenses and make all travel and hotel arrangements for out-of-state visits.

Signatures indicate that is a legal document and service contract. This agreement is effective for one (1) year from the signature date and when both parties sign. Only changes by an agreed Amendment will be accepted to alter this contract. The Contractee further understand any legal disputes associated with this contract has to be mitigated in the State of Georgia (Newnan).
