Brigette’s Technology Consulting and Research Firm (hereinafter referred to as the "Firm" or "Contractor"), owned and operated by Dr. Brenda L. Nelson-Porter, agrees to contract the Firm's Document Review service to (hereinafter referred to as the "Company Contractee").
Both parties have agreed that the Firm will review, evaluate, and provide constructive feedback and revisions on one (1) of the following existing document in an effort to manage growing risks and improve effectiveness and the results of which the document aimed to achieve:

Contractor agrees to perform the following services:
Read and Revise Document (Draft)
Maintain a Professional Relationship with Company Contractee
Maintain Confidentiality (The Firm reserves the rights to allow partners of the Firm to assist with editing or composing the Contract)
Return Document by Email or Mail
Return Document within Ten (10) Business Days After Receipt of this Service Contract, Payment, and Document Sent by Email
Return Document within Fifteen (15) Business Days After Receipt of this Service Contract, Payment, and Document Sent by U.S. Mail

Additional Terms and Conditions
The Company Contractee understands all previous terms in the original service contract and/or amendment apply to this Addendum.
New services not indicated in the original contract will require a new original contract.
