A REFLECTION OF A MENTOR

As I filled a glass with water in an attempt to accept a final decision,
I recalled the vision
As I forwarded the examinations,
I recalled glimpses of the conversations
As I watched the class filled with scholars,
I recalled hearing, "Why should I bother"
As I boarded the express train,
I recalled realizing, the gift of sharing my brain
As I sat to eat my dinner,
I recalled the expressions of my mentor
As I wiped both of my eyes, the mirror borrowed an image that I had imprisoned,
I recalled a reflection of my Mentor as I had envisioned.
